How Our STD Testing Process Works
Just Follow These Three Simple Steps
Step 1 - Call to Schedule Your Test
Call the our toll-free number and discuss your std testing or health testing needs with one of our certified medical consultants. If you would like, our counselors can also provide a concise risk assessment. Based on your personal risk assessment, our counselors will help you choose a test that is best suited to your situation and set up testing on the same day.
Step 2 - Visit the Testing Center
Visit one of our testing centers and have your specimen collected. There is no swabbing; only a small blood or urine sample will be taken. The collection process only takes 10 to 15 minutes including your wait time. This process is completely confidential and private. Our centers provide numerous health and wellness tests so you will be the only person who knows the reason for your visit.
Step 3 - Receive Your Results
Your test results will be available within 24 - 72 hours after specimen has been collected. You will receive an e-mail with details on how to access your private results. If your results are positive, one of our professional sexual health counselors will contact you to discuss treatment options and answer any questions you may have.
